If you're experiencing problems with a piece of content, please contact customer support. Ensure your message includes the content type (music, audiobook, or book), the title of the piece you're trying to use, and the device you're trying to use it on. We'll do some troubleshooting and get back to you with an answer, usually within 24 hours.

When a membership is cancelled, we'll send a confirmation email to the address you provided when you created your account. If you want the confirmation sent to a different email address, please speak to a representative or fill out the support contact form.   2. You were unsatisfied with the experience that you received on our website.
