Please reach out to a customer support representative and let them know what book you're having trouble with, and what device you are reading on. Our staff will look into the issue and we'll have a support rep get back to you as soon as we've sorted it out, which is usually within 24 hours.
I'm having a technical problem, but can't find the solution on your website. What do I do?
If you're encountering any technical difficulties not addressed in our FAQs, just fill out our online contact form. Our customer support staff will address your issue as soon as they can, usually within 24 hours.
I can't access my book. What software do I need?

I can't seem to access the content I want. What should I do?
If you're experiencing problems with a piece of content, please contact customer support. Ensure your message includes the content type (music, audiobook, or book), the title of the piece you're trying to use, and the device you're trying to use it on. We'll do some troubleshooting and get back to you with an answer, usually within 24 hours.
I have a technical question. Who should I contact?
Please fill out our support contact form and provide details about the problem you are having. Our support staff will reply to your query in 24-48 hours.
How can I confirm my membership cancellation?
When a membership is cancelled, we'll send a confirmation email to the address you provided when you created your account. If you want the confirmation sent to a different email address, please speak to a representative or fill out the support contact form. If you can't find your confirmation email, check your spam/junk email folder, then contact one of our representatives.
How can I reach a live customer service representative?

What do Ovymedia charges show up as on my statement?
If you're still being charged for a membership that you've cancelled, and you received confirmation of the cancellation, then there is likely an error in our system. Please contact us right away so that we can correct the issue and ensure you are no longer charged.
When can I cancel my membership?
You may cancel at any time. After cancelling, you should be able to access content for the remainder of that payment term, and you should no longer be charged for any membership fees.
Are there multiple devices I can use my Ovymedia account on?
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- You've been the victim of fraudulent activity, you experienced technical issues with yor content, or you were accidentally billed.
- You were unsatisfied with the experience that you received on our website.

Of course! We're always looking for new things to add to our library. If you want to request a specific title, just send a detailed email to support@ovymedia.com. If it's not already in our queue to add to the library, we'll put it on the list and get to work adding it for you!
